On Tuesday, August 30th, Bustle In Your Hedgerow celebrated their 13th anniversary on the Rocks Off Boat Cruise. Born on the NYC concert series itself, the rare supergroup features keyboardist Marco Benevento, drummer Joe Russo, guitarist Scott Metzger, and bassist Dave Dreiwitz. One couldn’t dream of a better combination of players to perform the music of Led Zeppelin – let alone on the water.
The band’s name comes of a line from “Stairway to Heaven.” With sporadic performances over the years, the group is not to be confused with a tribute band. They propel passion and energy that would lead one to believe the songs are originals of their own. Just take a listen:
