The 10th annual edition of homegrown event 4 Peaks Music Festival is set to return to Central Oregon, taking up residence at its new location, Stevenson Ranch, from June 15th – 18th. This year’s 4 Peaks Festival will include performances by nationally touring acts like moe.Railroad EarthThe Infamous StringdustersKarl Denson’s Tiny UniverseSierra HullLiz Vice, and so many more.

What started as a plan by a group of organizers and members of the local music scene to throw a small backyard festival quickly blossomed into a large and important event for the Bend community as a whole. Even after being forced to take a year off early this decade when hard economic times were causing grassroots festivals to drop like flies, 4 Peaks has evolved back into a major event, drawing fans from around the country each year.

A Bend, OR staple since its successful debut in 2007, the event takes its name from the towering Cascade Mountain views that surround area. In the shadows of the mountains, the high desert locale is also well known for its endless trails for mountain biking, steep lines for world-class climbing, and pristine waters for kayaking and fishing. Along with the scenic vibes of the intimate Central Oregon locale, 4 Peaks offers free camping, a premiere RV area, craft beer, nonstop music day and night, and morning yoga sessions. The festival also prides itself on being family friendly, as all children under 10 are admitted free of charge, and kids’ activities are planned throughout the weekend for your little ragers. Beyond the festival grounds, the city of Bend is worth the visit in itself, with its vibrant downtown neighborhood filled with two-dozen craft breweries, art galleries, and boutique shops.
