Members Of The Meters, Lettuce, And Soulive Bring Foundation Of Funk To Baltimore [Gallery/Setlist]

Baltimore was feeling the funk last night as an all-star cast of incredible talent across generations came together to bring Foundation of Funk to Soundstage. OGs of funk George Porter Jr. and Zigaboo Modeliste of The Meters joined forces with Eric Krasno and Neal Evans of Soulive and Lettuce to play a high energy set complete with a ton of Meters classics, paying proper homage to the true godfathers of funk, with some of the original members there to make it particularly special.

Foundation of Funk will continue their mini-tour with stops at Brooklyn’s The Hall at MP tomorrow, 5/20 and Philly’s Live From The Lot Saturday, 5/21.
