Neighbor has been quick to make waves in the Northeast jam scene since forming in 2019. The quartet, which features familiar faces like Lyle Brewer (guitar), Dean Johnston (drums), Dan Kelly (bass, The New Motif), and Richard James (keys, Pink Talking Fish), made even more noise this summer when it hired a plane to fly a banner over The Peach Music Festival publicizing the band’s late-night set. In September, Neighbor once again grabbed headline with an hour-long “Free Bird” jam featuring a host of other “Free” songs (take that, “Play Free Bird” guy). Don’t miss out on this chance to see what all the fuss is about at The Cutting Room on 12/30. Tickets are cheap and moving fast.
