Trey Anastasio Band closed out their two-night weekend at the Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas on Saturday night. After their tribute to the city’s heroes stole hearts on Friday, Trey Anastasio and his band delivered yet-another night for the books on Saturday. Truly gelling in this formation, the band played through old TAB tunes, Phish favorites, and the always-appreciated covers of “Clint Eastwood” by Gorillaz, featuring the amazing Jennifer Hartswick on vocals.

Featuring a rare “Sweet Dreams Melinda” to open the show, the first set was sprinkled with long lost reliables “The Way I Feel” (2015) and “Burn That Bridge” (2014). Phish songs “Tide Turns” and “Last Tube” also appeared in the first set, which closed with the new and already-favorited “Rise/Come Together” followed by an explosive “Push On ’til The Day.”As JamBase notes, the second set was highlighted by a triumphant return of the instrumental “Tube Top Flop” which had not been played since 2014. Phish songs “Gotta Jibboo”, “Alaska”, “Plasma”, and “First Tube” also appeared in the second set. Trey Anastasio Band closed their Vegas finalé with a massive “Show of Life” and “The Parting Glass.”
