Today, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has released the full audio recording of their second of two nights at The Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles, CA on November 10th, 17, continuing their long-running “Taper Tuesdays” series. In this second show of the two-night LA run, Joe RussoMarco BeneventoTom Hamilton, Scott Metzger, and Dave Dreiwitz delivered two fantastic sets with their signature takes on Grateful Dead classics, stuffed with teases of The Kinks, The Allman Brothers Band, Rod Stewart, Tears for Fears, Earth, Wind, & Fire, and several other obscure, brief covers. The first set also featured a rendition of “The Music Never Stopped” with a full-band “Money” jam (Pink Floyd) sandwiched in the middle that is a can’t miss when revisiting the show.
