The American Utopia concept has snowballed considerably over time. Beginning as a 2018 studio album, the material and concept were conceived for a massive tour to a massive tour. The universally-acclaimed America Utopia tour was eventually extrapolated with a theatrical run on Broadway, a concert film on HBO Max, and a live EP appropriately dubbed The Best Live Show of All Time.
