In mid-February, Umphrey’s McGee hit Asheville, North Carolina’s ExploreAsheville.com Arena for a two-night run with support from The Marcus King Band. On the second night of the run, on February 17th, the progressive jammers closed out their first set with a fiery take on the band’s original “Remind Me”, which was recently formally released on the group’s most recent studio album, it’s not us.  “Remind Me” is a relatively new song to the Umphrey’s McGee catalog, though has become of a frequent staple of their live shows since making its debut at UMBowl VI at Las Vegas’ Brooklyn Bowl on May 1st, 2015. In the time since, the band has regularly played the tune, with this most recent performance in Asheville marking the song’s fifth appearance in 2018 alone.

You can watch pro-shot video of “Remind Me” in Asheville, which was shot by TourGigs and directed by C.J. Strehlow, below, courtesy of the band.
