Lettuce’s Adam Deitch has announced “A Deitch Family Affair” at Denver’s Cervantes’ Other Side on Saturday, August 17th.

The drummer will be joined by fellow Lettuce bandmate and guitarist Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff, Borahm Lee (Break Science), Hunter Roberts (Dominic Lalli’s Bluebird Quintet), and the Bobby Deitch Band (BDB).

Formed in 2016, BDB is comprised of Bobby Deitch (vocals/keys/guitar), Denise Deitch (percussion/vocals), Dave Reiss (bass), Joe “Mamma” Carpentieri (drums), Natasha DiMarco (vocals), Scott Reeves (guitar/vocals), Eddy Bishai (keys), and Matt Wayne (sax/keys/vocals). Bringing influence from Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind & Fire, Billy Joel, and Michael Jackson, the seven-piece will be joined by Adam Deitch, Nigel Hall, Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff, George Porter Jr., Eric Krasno, Jon Cleary, and Nikki Glaspie to play through BDB’s 2017 debut album, Grateful.
