Alanis Morissette has announced a forthcoming digital reissue of 1995’s Jagged Little Pill to celebrate the hit album’s 25th-anniversary this year. To mark Thursday’s announcement, the veteran alternative pop singer/songwriter also shared a live acoustic recording of “Ironic” captured during her performance at Shepherds Bush in London earlier this year.

Morissette has spent the past few months also building momentum towards her other forthcoming studio album, Such Pretty Forks in the Road, due out July 31st.

“I’m excited to announce that a special digital reissue of ‘Jagged Little Pill’ will be coming out on June 26th to celebrate the 25th anniversary,” Morissette shared to her Facebook page on Thursday. “It includes a live acoustic performance from Shepherds Bush in London this past March 2020. such a memorable show, and I can’t wait to share it … There are more Jagged Little Pill celebrations coming soon, stay tuned.”

Morissette was also scheduled to embark on a 2020 summer tour celebrating Jagged Little Pill alongside Garbage and Liz Phair, but those dates have since been pushed back to 2021.
