Amanda Shires has released a cover of Genesis‘ 1983 hit “That’s All”, which she is describing as a “True Covid anthem.”

Released on Wednesday, the new recording along with its animated lyric video delivers a mix of real-world-inspired visuals that represent the depressing year that was with themes and imagery that include closed music venues, musicians and notable figures who died throughout 2020, COVID-19 germs, public protests, and more.

The animated lyric video was created by Deren Ney, and is joined with a quote from Shires that reads, “‘That’s All’ defines 2020 for me, a true Covid anthem. I dare you to not dance to my version when you hear it.”
