“It’s about self-honesty, and questioning unhealthy situations and relationships,” the band mentioned in a statement to go with the video’s arrival on Thursday. “It’s meant to say ‘whatever your situation is, it’s never too late to just tear the whole thing down and start over.'”

Surprisingly, this is the band’s first-ever official video release, and they’ve seemingly knocked it out of the park for their visual debut. Watch the new video for “Burn It Down” below.

“Burn It Down” was one of four tracks included on Burn It Down along with “Little Something to Me”, “Come and Go”, and “On The Edge”.

“We really wanted to further explore a certain attitude that has always been a part of all of us but that might’ve been a little underrepresented in our music up until now,” the band mentioned in a statement upon its release last month. “This EP is about not being afraid to stand up and make a change that will get you closer to living your truth, whatever that might be.”

Aqueous was in Port Chester, NY recently where they took part in Twiddle‘s annual “Frendsgiving extravaganza at The Capitol Theatre. Revisit one of the highlight moments from the holiday weekend residency shows featuring an encore sit-in from Brandon “Taz” Niederauer here.

Aqueous will close their year with a pair of hometown shows at Buffalo, NY’s Town Ballroom later this month on December 30th-31st. Head to the band’s website for tickets and upcoming tour info.
