Last fall, Armin Van Buuren announced the cities for his massive ASOT600 tour to much fan fare. Major cities world wide campaigned hard for Armin to bring his live show to their home towns, before the official cities were finally revealed live on his radio show. Since then, much speculation as to which venue in each city the highly anticipated show would be in, especially right here in New York City. The answer seems to have finally been given: Armin Van Buuren at MSG.
Early today on the official Armada Music website, fans were invited to join Armin Van Buuren at MSG. As of right now, however, that post has been deleted, replaced with a 404 error message instead. The original post must have been an error, released a little prematurely, but you can take the location as fact. Armin Van Buuren will be bringing ASOT600 to the World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden.
This comes as a disappointment to some, as ASOT shows are known for featuring massive line-ups and lasting into the wee hours of the morning, which MSG is not known for doing. But MSG is New York’s most legendary venue, and it only makes sense for Armin to stop there eventually. An official after party will most likely be announced, allowing the late night ragers to trance the night away. Information on pre-sale are available by entering your e-mail address here. An official announcement and a full line up is sure to come within the week, but as stated, since this information was at one time posted on the official Armada website, it can essentially be taken as fact.
