Folk-rock outfit The Avett Brothers have expanded their 2019 fall tour with the addition of six new performances throughout the month of November.
The Avett Brothers’ newly added dates includes stops at Nashville, TN’s Bridgestone Arena (11/1); Lexington, KY’s Rupp Arena (11/2); Ames, IA’s Stephens Auditorium (11/14); Madison, WI’s The Sylvee (11/15 & 11/16); and Evansville, IN’s Ford Center (11/9).
The Avetts’ 2019 fall tour also includes previously announced performances at Wallingford, CT’s Oakdale Theatre (10/3); Brooklyn, NY’s Barclays Center (10/5); Birmingham, AL’s Oak Mountain Amphitheatre (10/25); and Greenville, SC’s Bon Secours Wellness Arena (10/31), to name a few.
The newly added tour dates come on the heels of the band’s recent album announcement, Closer Than Together, which is due out on October 4th via Republic Records. The forthcoming album marks The Avett Brothers’ first studio effort since 2016’s True Sadness.
A pre-sale for members of the Avett Guild fan club begins on Tuesday, July 16th at 12 p.m. local time. Tickets for The Avett Brothers’ newly announced fall dates go on sale to the general public this Friday, July 19th.
