Recently, The Avett Brothers added three headlining performances to their tour itinerary, which will see the band navigate the Southeast in April 2020.

The folk-rock band, fronted by brothers Seth and Scott Avett, released their new studio album, Closer Than Together, on October 4th via Republic Records. Produced by Rick Rubin, the 13-track studio album marks the fifth collaboration with Rubin and is the band’s first new music since 2016’s True Sadness.

The Avett Brothers newly announced run of 2020 Southeast dates begins with a performances at Macon, GA’s Macon Centreplex (Coliseum) on April 2nd. The band will then head to North Charleston, SC’s North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center on April 3rd, followed by a performance at Hunstville, AL’s Propst Arena on April 23rd.

An Avett Guild member pre-sale begins on Tuesday, October 15th at 12 p.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, October 18th.
