The touring entity that is legally capable of calling itself The Beach Boys will embark on a summer tour later this year. Led by original Beach Boys vocalist Mike Love, the group will make its way across much of the United States—as well as parts of the UK and Ireland—between May and September.

In addition to Love, the current Beach Boys lineup also includes Bruce Johnston (who joined the band in 1965) as well as Tim Bonhomme, John Cowsill, Jeffrey Foskett, Keith Hubacher, Christian Love, and Scott Totten. The surviving members of the Beach Boys’ classic lineup—Love, Brian Wilson, and Al Jardine—last performed together during the band’s 50th anniversary tour in 2012 (which also featured Johnston and early member David Marks).

In related news, today also marks the launch of the new Beach Boys station on Sirius XM. Dubbed Good Vibrations, the station can now be found on channel 24.

This is an extraordinary recognition for our band,” Love reportedly said in an official statement. “We are grateful to everyone involved with A Capitol Fourth for this beautiful honor. The Beach Boys have been synonymous with 4th of July and performing on the West Lawn for decades now. It is an enormous source of pride. This summer our music will be filling amphitheaters and music festivals, and amplified by our friends at Sirius XM. It’s going to be a summer to remember.”

Ticketing information for the upcoming The Beach Boys tour can found via the band’s website.
