On Thursday, banjoist Béla Fleck and guitarist Billy Strings offered up a performance together at The Ainsworth in Nashville, TN as part of AmericanaFest.

The concert came as part of AmericanaFest’s event dubbed Americana From All Sides: Strings, Songs And Conversation. Fleck and Strings opened up their set with a cover of Tony Rice‘s “Church Street Blues” before working through Béla’s new tune, “Charmed”. Strings then shared his thoughts on his song “While I’m Here Waiting”, off of his 2017 Turmoil & Tinfoil studio album. After working through “While I’m Here Waiting”, the duo closed rounded out their set with two Fleck tunes, “Slipstream” and “Balderdash”.
