21 years after launching its Phish Food flavor, Ben & Jerry’s has announced a brand new product inspired by the beloved Vermont quartet—It’s Ice… Cream. The new offering is a caramel malt ice cream with almond toffee pieces, fudge fish and a caramel swirl and was one of the flavor concepts in the running to become Phish Food back in 1997.

It’s Ice… Cream—a reference to the 1991 Phish song “It’s Ice”—marks the third Phish-related release from Ben & Jerry’s. The second collaboration came last year when the company released Freezer Reprise in celebration of Phish’s 13-night Baker’s Dozen run.

Ben & Jerry’s love for Phish should come as no surprise considering both entities were founded in Burlington, VT, with the ice cream company forming in 1978 and the band forming in 1983. It doesn’t hurt that Ben & Jerry’s has a long history of catering to music fans with flavors like the Grateful Dead-inspired Cherry Garcia, the Dave Matthews Band-inspired One Sweet Whirled, the Queen-inspired Bohemian Raspberry, and the Bob Marley-inspired Satisfy My Bowl.

However, Ben & Jerry’s new It’s Ice… Cream flavor isn’t just inspired by Phish. It’s also a collaboration with the band. A portion of the proceeds from sales of the product will go Phish’s WaterWheel Foundation, and the new flavor even has its own Jim Pollock poster art, which fans can purchase via Ben & Jerry’s online store.

“For over twenty years, Phish has enjoyed a great partnership with Ben & Jerry’s and we’re excited that this new creative flavor can continue to support the work of The WaterWheel Foundation,” Phish drummer Jon Fishman said of the new flavor.

The It’s Ice… Cream announcement come’s a few days after Ben & Jerry’s confirmed the release of another product, the Arrested Development-inspired Bluth’s Banana Stand Sunday. More information about all of Ben & Jerry’s flavors—music and TV-inspired or otherwise—can be found via the company’s website.
