According to a report in NME, President Bill Clinton was approached by the indie band Fireworks to play saxophone on their new album release. The band posted the following screen-shot of an e-mail from a representative of the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation. The e-mail politely states that President Clinton has a full calendar, wishing the band the best with the album recording.

The former President is no slouch when it comes to the saxophone, having played the instrument throughout his campaign and presidency in the 1990s. Here he is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Newport Jazz Festival, rocking a sweet sax solo after some convincing from the other musicians on hand.
