Bill Nye The Science Guy Joins Pearl Jam On Stage During Cover Of ‘Rockin’ In The Free World’

Global Citizen Festival was full of unlikely collaborations this past weekend. Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder made headlines by joining Beyonce on a beautiful rendition of Bob Marley’s “Redemption Song” during the pop star’s headlining set Saturday evening. Now, footage has surfaced of Bill Nye the Science Guy dancing on stage during Pearl Jam in the most endearingly awkward way possible.

The celeb-packed stage also saw cameos from Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Olivia Wilde, Kerry Washington, and Jason Sudeikis for a power-packed rendition of Neil Young’s “Rocking in the Free World.” Watch the giant dance party below.
