Billy Strings will make his long-awaited headlining debut at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre this spring. The ever-rising bluegrass phenom will perform at the Morrison, CO venue on May 12th and 13th.
Fans can sign up for an artist pre-sale, set to begin on February 1st at 10 a.m. MT. Those interested will receive a password unlocking the pre-sale. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on February 3rd at 10 a.m. MT.
Though this will mark Billy Strings’ headlining debut, it is far from the young picker’s first appearance at Red Rocks. Last July, he joined Billy & The Kids as a special guest for a two-night stand. Prior to that, he performed a three-set, fan-less concert at the amphitheater on September 26th, 2020 as venues remained closed due to the pandemic. The musician born William Apostle made his first-ever appearance on the Red Rocks stage on September 15th, 2019 opening up for Greensky Bluegrass during the band’s annual run.
