Up-and-coming bluegrass phenom William Apostol—better known as Billy Strings—has announced his 2nd annual “String The Halls” benefit concert.

The special benefit will take place at Nashville, TN’s Marathon Music Works on Saturday, December 21st. As the announcement notes, special guests will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Strings’ 2019 String The Halls event will benefit the Nashville Rescue Mission. Nashville Rescue Mission is a Christ-centered community committed to helping the hungry, homeless, and hurting by providing programs and services that focus on a person’s entire life—physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social.

Strings recently released his new studio album, HOME, which arrived on September 27th via Rounder Records. The new album marks Billy’s second full-length studio release. A track from the album, “Everything’s The Same”, was also selected as part of the October edition of Live For Live Music‘s Monthly Mix playlist.
