Blackberry Smoke will team up with The Allman Betts Band, Allman Brothers Band drummer Jaimoe, and The Wild Feathers for a run of shows across the country scheduled for this summer. The Spirit of The South Tour begins with a show at Saint Louis Music Park in Maryland Heights, MO on July 17th, and continues through the mid-summer months before wrapping on August 22nd at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, FL.

The band took to their Facebook page to share the tour’s video announcement on Monday, which includes numerous throwback references to artists well-known in the southern rock community. Each band on the bill will have their own full set’s worth of music at every show, followed by what will be a huge jam with everyone involved during the encore finale.
