The reunited Blink-182 has at long last announced details of One More Time…, the band’s first album with the classic lineup in 12 years. Out October 20th on Columbia Records, the LP will mark the first release by Mark HoppusTom DeLonge, and Travis Barker since 2011’s Neighborhoods.

The band teased the album in a new four-minute video featuring highlights of a forthcoming interview with Apple Music‘s Zane Lowe and previews of three new tracks “One More Time”, “Anthem Part 3”, and “You Don’t Know What You’ve Got”. In clips of the candid conversation, the trio discusses the winding and traumatic path that took them through multiple breakups and ultimately brought them to their lauded 2022 reunion and now a new album.

“I remember telling my wife, ‘I don’t think I’m ever going to play music again, I don’t think I’m ever gonna tour again,’” DeLonge said in the clip “Until Mark told me he was sick, and then I was like, that’s the only thing I wanted to do.”

A decidedly mature conversation and saga for the perpetual adolescents, it was Hoppus’ successful bout with lymphoma that brought them back together this past time. Similarly, Barker’s survival of a fatal plane crash that killed four others brought the band back together following a 2008 breakup. Both experiences are chronicled in the title track, “I wish they told us/It shouldn’t take a sickness/Or airplanes falling out the sky,” Hoppus sings on the single.
