Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros have announced livestreams for their first shows in front of live audiences since March 2020 this week.

On Tuesday, June 8th and Wednesday, June 9th, the newly rebranded Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros will kick off their year of  touring with a pair of shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. Then, on Friday, June 11th and Saturday, June 12th, the band will head to Vail, CO for a two-night stand at Gerald Ford Amphitheatre.

The Red Rocks and Vail shows will feature core band members Weir (guitar/vocals), Jay Lane (drums), and Don Was (bass) in addition to keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, pedal steel guitarist Greg Leisz, and the five-piece Wolf Pack horn and string ensemble.

In honor of the occasion, Weir has teamed up with nugs.net to provide livestreams of all four shows. Tickets for the streams provide 48 hours of viewing after pressing play, so viewers can tune in live or watch the shows in their own time. Livestream tickets are available for purchase in 4-night and 2-night packages, along with single-night streams and merch bundles. For more info, head here.

While these are Weir’s firsts shows since the pandemic began, they are not the first livestreams with this lineup. The expanded Wolf Bros lineup set to appear live in Colorado developed over time as part of a running series of Wolf Bros livestreams from TRI Studios in late 2020 and early 2021.
