Having just finished a momentous summer tour with Dead & Company, Bobby Weir is gearing up to hit the road again for dates with Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros this fall, including three nights at San Francisco’s The Warfield to celebrate the Grateful Dead guitarist’s 75th birthday.

The band consisting of Don Was, Jay Lane, Jeff Chimenti, and Bobby Weir himself will once again be joined by The Wolfpack and Barry Sless on pedal steel as they travel through 13 American cities performing music from the Grateful Dead catalog, Bobby’s solo albums, and more.

The run of fall shows will kick off on September 30th at Waterbury, CT’s Palace Theater and conclude on November 5th at Denver’s The Mission Ballroom with 21 intervening shows including stops in New Haven, CT; Reno, NV; Eugene, OR; Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA: Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix, AZ; and Salt Lake City, UT. High points of the tour will include the group’s highly anticipated shows in Washington, DC with the National Symphony Orchestra at The Kennedy Center on October 5th, 6th, 8th, and 9th and three nights at The Warfield in San Francisco (October 14th–16th) to celebrate Weir’s 75th birthday.

Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros recently released Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros: Live In Colorado via Jack White‘s Third Man Records. Featuring songs recorded live at Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO and the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail, CO in June 2021, the record documents the band’s first live audience concerts in over a year due to the pandemic.
