Organizers of Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival have announced an alternative for those still in the Tennessee area following the festival’s cancellation earlier this week. The festival has instead curated a concert at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater with Phoebe Bridgers, Brittany Howard, and Sylvan Esso on Saturday.

“Hey Bonnaroovians! If you’re still around and looking for a little bit of Bonnaroo magic then come join us this Saturday night,” organizers wrote on Instagram in an announcement of the Ascend Amphitheater show. Sylvan Esso, the duo originally slated to lead the annual installment of the Bonnaroo SuperJam in addition a set of its own, will also stage a performance dubbed “Sylvan Esso With“.

Tickets for the show at Ascend Amphitheater presented by Bonnaroo on Saturday featuring Phoebe Bridgers, Brittany Howard, and Sylvan Esso are on sale now via Ticketmaster.

All attendees will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken with the past 48 hours and are encouraged to wear masks when entering the venue.

As tens of thousands of would-be festival-goers, artists, and promoters scramble to fill their now-vacant Labor Day weekend schedule, a grassroots festival dubbed The Other Fest—named after Bonnaroo’s The Other Tent—is also underway in Bonnaroo’s home of Manchester featuring fellow Roo artists Andy Frasco & The U.N. and Big Something, among others.
