Austin-based psychedelic rock outfit The Bright Light Social Hour has shared a colorful new music video for “Feel U Deep”, the latest original single from the band which was self-released on Wednesday.

“Feel U Deep” acts as the group’s first new music since they released Jude Vol. 1 in 2019, and offers a slightly atmospheric listening experience inspired by their trademark mixture of Texas fuzz rock and spacey psychedelia. The new music video takes the song a step further by offering a colorfully engaging accompaniment alongside guitarist/singer Curtis Roush‘s dreamy lyrics, “Past the glaze on your eyes/I see worry inside/Daylight further from us/Every day we ride.”

The band has remained somewhat quiet since the live music industry went on indefinite hiatus back in March. Last month the quartet took part in a live-stream to benefit the SIMS Foundation and mental health with a virtual performance from their home studio space.
