CaveFest will return to the world-famous The Caverns in Pelham, TN for its second annual installment on October 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2023. Leading the lineup for the bluegrass festival are luminaries Sam BushLeftover Salmon, and The Infamous Stringdusters.

Also set to appear at the home of PBS‘ The Caverns Sessions (formerly known as Bluegrass Underground) are Old & In The Way alum Peter Rowan, one of bluegrass’ royal families The Travelin’ McCourysJim LauderdaleTown MountainThe Lil Smokies, and a special performance of Jerry Garcia and David Grisman‘s Shady Grove by the Sam Grisman Project. Filling out the lineup for CaveFest 2023 are Jon Stickley TrioLarry Keel ExperienceRob Ickes & Trey HensleySicard Hollow, artist in residence Lindsay Lou, a Who Grass set by The HillbendersFireside Collective, AirshowBig Richard, and more.

Building upon the success of last year’s inaugural event, The Caverns will make the most of its space in Grundy County, TN with a an expanded three-day event featuring performances on both the famous underground cave stage and the above-ground Caverns Amphitheater, which began hosting socially-distant concerts in 2020. With onsite camping and late-night underground sets, festivalgoers can experience all that The Caverns has to offer in addition to cave tours, cave yoga, subterranean open jams, a Sound Circle Immersion, and more.
