The 2024 Phish New Year’s run at Madison Square Garden is right around the corner, and after the shows come the after-parties. CEG Presents has outlined its full roster of concerts surrounding YEMSG, with pre- and after-parties by Medeski Martin Metzger & Cline, Neighbor, Space Bacon, DJ Blender, and more performing in Midtown Manhattan on December 28th–31st. As is tradition, $1 from every ticket sold will go to Phish’s non-profit, The WaterWheel Foundation.

CEG’s concert series kicks off with Steely Dead performing a pre-party at 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 28th at Hill Country Live, half a mile from MSG. That night, the show will go on with another Steely Dead show at Hill Country Live and Neighbor at The Cutting Room, three blocks from The World’s Most Famous Arena, both set for 11:59 p.m.

On Sunday, December 29th, Near Dead Experience will get the party started at Hill Country at 4 p.m. Then after Phish lets out, John Medeski and Billy Martin (Medeski Martin & Wood), Scott Metzger (Joe Russo’s Almost Dead), and Nels Cline (Wilco) will unite for a performance at Sony Hall in Time’s Square. Meanwhile, Space Bacon will stage a jamtronic dance party at Hill Country. The following night (12/30), Medeski Martin Metzger & Cline will do it again at Sony Hall while Sirius XM Phish Radio‘s Ari Fink (DJ AF) takes over Hill Country with help from Phish festival radio station The Bunny‘s Tad Cautious.

Finally, before Phish delivers another stupifying three-set New Year’s Eve performance at The Garden, Shakedown Citi will get things started at Hill Country. Then, after the ball drops, The Bunny’s Tad Cautious will return to Hill Country. For this New Year’s Eve late-night show, Cautious will be joined by DJ Cooley and the enigmatic DJ Blender. While CEG Presents did not reveal DJ Blender’s identity, they did confirm that the price is right for this party.
