While Labor Day weekend marks the ceremonial end of summer, Denver, CO’s Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom will keep the festival season vibes alive the following week with Cervs-Stock III. This festival-style event will feature an array of talented tribute acts performing the music of Widespread Panic, Jerry Garcia Band, Huey Lewis & The News, Jimmy Buffett, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, and Neil Young across three stages on Friday, September 6th [get tickets].
Cervs-Stock III, which follows successful editions of the event in 2022 and 2023, will begin in the early evening with performances by High Country Heartbreakers (a tribute to Tom Petty) and Rolling Harvest (a tribute to Bob Dylan and Neil Young). Once the festivities move indoors, Cervs-Stock III will make use of both of Cervantes’ indoor stages, the Ballroom and the Other Side, allowing attendees to move freely between concurrent performances throughout the night. The Other Side will host performances by Duey Lewis & The Booze (a tribute to Huey Lewis & The News) and Jammy Buffet (a tribute to Jimmy Buffett), while the “main stage” in the Ballroom will feature performances by Breadbox (a tribute to Jerry Garcia Band) and Panic Stricken (a tribute to Widespread Panic).
“Cervs-Stock is the first event of its kind that showcases your favorite tribute bands, both on the national and local leven, across three separate stages throughout an entire evening,” said Cervantes’ talent buyer Evan Marks. “This is the third iteration of Cervs-Stock … these events have been so much fun and so well received that we are thrilled to keep them going.
