Chicano Batman has shared their concert plans for the coming months with a brief run of spring tour dates announced on Tuesday. The increasingly popular rock band from the Los Angeles area will head out on a 10-date run starting with their scheduled appearance at M3F Festival in Phoenix on March 2nd and continuing from coast-to-coast before wrapping in early May.
Their main run of headlining shows picks up on April 25th with a performance at the Arcata Community Center in Arcata, CA, followed by scheduled stops along the western U.S. including the Mystic Theatre in Petaluma, CA (4/26); The Catalyst in Santa Cruz, CA (4/27); and the Fremont Theater in San Luis Obispo, CA on April 28th. From there, the band will head east for more shows at Crowbar in Tampa, FL (5/3); Soundbar in Orlando, FL (5/4); Hollywood Artspark Amphitheatre in Hollywood, FL (5/5); the Pour House in Charleston, SC (5/7); Salvage Station in Asheville, NC (5/9); and their tour-closing performance at Baltimore, MD’s Ram’s Head Live (5/11). The band will be joined throughout the first four dates of the tour by Brainstory.
Chicano Batman has spent the last few years touring heavily in the continuing promotion of their 2017 studio album, Freedom Is Free. You may have even seen them performing their cover of “This Land Is Your Land” in those entertaining Johnny Walker commercials.
