Just months after the Chris Robinson Brotherhood released their acclaimed new album Anyway You Love, We Know How You Feel, the ensemble is back at it with a brand new companion EP. Titled If You Lived Here, You Would Be Home By Now, the new release sees the CRB focusing in on tracks that were recorded during the same Stinson Beach sessions as the full-length, but were not chosen for the album.

Due out on November 4th, the new EP will feature five tracks. All five of them – “New Cannonball Rag”, “Shadow Cosmos”, “Roan County Banjo”, “From The North Garden” and “Sweet Sweet Lullaby” – are staples of the band’s live shows, and are sure to make for excellent new music in the band’s forthcoming release.

“‘If You Lived Here’ is the sonic bookend to our ‘Anyway You Love’ recording and song cycle,” said Robinson in a statement. “When we were sequencing the original album, these five songs seemed to want to hang together in their own way and tell their own little story, so they were set aside to present separately.”

To get you ready for the new EP, the band has shared their studio cut of “New Cannonball Rag.” Take a listen to the new release, streaming below!

The Chris Robinson Brotherhood will remain on tour throughout the majority of 2016, and are also featured on the Los Muertos Con Queso destination festival lineup taking place in late January. The new album If You Lived Here, You Would Be Home By Now is due out on November 4th via Silver Arrow Records.
