The 29th annual Christmas Jam–the holiday season benefit show presented by Warren Haynes–is going down this weekend on December 9th at US Cellular Center in Haynes’ hometown of Asheville, NC. The 2017 edition of the self-proclaimed “magical musical marathon” will feature performances from Haynes’ own Gov’t Mule (with a special appearance by Ann Wilson), Trey Anastasio & Classic TAB (his original touring solo lineup ft. Tony Markellis, Ray Paczkowski and Russ Lawton), The Avett Brothers, Blackberry Smoke, Margo Price, and a “new” band dubbed Les Bros. featuring past Allman Brothers and Les Brers members Jaimoe, Marc Quinones, Jack Pearson, Lamar Williams Jr., Bruce Katz, in addition to featured guest spots from fan-favorite players including Marcus King, Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, Holly Bowling, and many more.
