Chronixx was the featured virtual musical guest on Monday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where the reggae singer debuted a new live video for his latest single, “Cool As The Breeze/Friday”. The new song released on July 22nd acts as the third single following “Dela Move” and “Same Prayer” which will appear on Chronixx’s forthcoming sophomore studio album, Dela Splash, due out later this year via Soul Circle Music.

The live video debut for the new track celebrates Chronixx’s hometown of Kingston, Jamaica as Fallon explained during the brief introduction. The pro-shot video takes place in what looks to be an abandoned factory of sorts where nature has taken over as the main tenant. Chronixx spends the four-minute video taking the viewer on a quick journey through the abandoned, sun-filled location while singing the lyrics to the lively track. The song acts as a feel-good reggae anthem for summer and Chronixx helps to set the mood for an ideal night out in Kingston by singing out uplifting lyrics, “The sun burning up til it red/Welcome to Kingston, every day is a summer/Every night feel like a Friday.”
