Reggae artist Chronixx has teamed up with fellow Jamaican singer Kabaka Pyramid for a new single shared on Thursday entitled, “Same Prayer”. The smooth-flowing tune acts as the second single following “Dela Move” which will appear on the reggae singer’s forthcoming sophomore studio album, Dela Splash, due out later this year via Soul Circle Music.

The forthcoming album will act as the to Chronixx’s 2017 debut, Chronology. The 27-year-old singer and songwriter has spent the last four years widening his American fanbase with appearances at events like Euphoria Music Festival and Gasparilla Music Festival to name a few.

“‘Same Prayer’ is, in part, a prayer for the younger generation to reflect on internally,” Chronixx mentioned in a statement to go with the song’s arrival on Thursday. “It’s also a reminder that there is a greater power directing things in the physical space. Instead of looking for solutions in our material lives, we can both reach out to this higher power and look deep within ourselves.”
