11E1even Group and Nugs.TV have announced a couch tour series, dubbed Live From Out There, that will provide music lovers a steady flow of content during the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic that has canceled thousands of live events throughout the country.

The 11E1even and Nugs partnership will supply fans with full sets, special programming, first-time collaborations, and more from the comfort of their home during what has been a difficult time for the music industry.

In a press release, 11E1even’s Dave DiCianni explained, “The current implications of the COVID-19 will undoubtedly have an unprecedented impact on the live music community. While the safety of our roster, team, and fanbase is tantamount, we also believe the power of live music will serve as a healing force through uncertain times.”

The first show as part of the Live From Out There couch tour series will see Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and Goose perform tonight, March 14th, starting at 8:00 p.m. ET. Both bands recently finished an 18-date nationwide Presto tour together in support of Pigeons’ newest album of the same name. While 11E1even has yet to detail future webcasts, the company’s roster includes bands and musicians such as Big Gigantic, Oteil Burbridge, Eric Krasno, Aqueous, Twiddle, Ghost Light, SunSquabi, and more.

A portion of the proceeds from the streams will benefit Sweet Relief‘s COVID-19 Fund. The organization uses donor-directed funding to provide immediate assistance, lodging, clothing, food, and more to musicians and music industry workers who have suffered a loss of income due to the recent outbreak and restrictions placed on live events and gatherings. Click here to order the first installment of the couch tour series, Live From Out There.
