On Monday, Black Mountain, NC’s Pisgah Brewing Company and All Good Presents announced the debut of Dark Star Orchestra‘s Pisgah Jubilee, an expansive two-day event with multiple stages of music, special beer offerings, local food, vendors, and more.

The inaugural event will see two days and four sets of Dark Star Orchestra, which will include a special recreation of the Grateful Dead‘s May 3rd, 1979 show from the Charlotte Coliseum. The two-day event will also include performances from Peter Rowan, Midnight North, California Kind, The Lil Smokies, Josh Phillips Feels Good, Captain Midnight Band, Campfire Reverends, and The Snozzberries.

Good Lovin’ VIP packages are available, which includes a guided brewery tour and tasting, early entry, preferred parking, private viewing area, private bar, private port-a-lets, VIP laminate, commemorative event poster, and poster signing with all members of Dark Star Orchestra. The eighth annual Dark Star Jubilee will return to Legend Valley Music Center (formerly known as Buckeye Lake Music Center, home to some of the largest outdoor Grateful Dead concerts) in Thornville, Ohio on May 24th through 26th, 2019. Dark Star Orchestra, the festival’s host band, will perform three full, two-set shows over the course of the Memorial Day weekend event.

The original Dark Star Jubilee will also see performances from Chris Robinson Brotherhood, The Marcus King Band, Leftover Salmon, Billy Strings, Dumpstaphunk, Donna The Buffalo, The Lil Smokies, Midnight North, The Nth Power, Jeff Mattson & Friends, Cris Jacobs Band, The Mighty Pines, Dino English & The Progfusionals, and The Sweet Lillies.
