Following their performance at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, Dark Star Orchestra will close out their 2018 winter tour with shows at The Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, California, and the House of Blues in San Diego, California. After a brief break, the band will once again get back on the road for an extended spring tour stretching from the end of March through the end of May, when the band is set to host its annual Dark Star Jubilee festival over Memorial Day Weekend (May 25th–27th) at Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio.
The seventh annual edition of Dark Star Orchestra’s annual gathering will feature performances from Los Lobos, Hot Tuna, The Infamous Stringdusters, Melvin Seals & DSO playing a Jerry Garcia Band set, The Nth Power, Rumpke Mountain Boys, California Kind, Jeff Mattson & Friends, The Lil’ Smokies, Holly Bowling, Dino English Quintet featuring James Poole, and more. In July, the band will debut at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre, where they will recreate the Grateful Dead’s own storied Red Rocks show from July 8th, 1978—exactly 40 years later to the day.
