As Lockn’ Festival finally opens its gates today, following a day of severe storm damage, attendees are beginning to file in and the festival is working hard to get everything back in order. They’ve done a solid job of rescheduling as many of Thursday’s acts as possible, and the rest of the weekend should be smooth sailing.
