The Revivalists’ David Shaw welcomed artists and fans to his hometown of Hamilton, Ohio for the 2019 installment of his annual Big River Get Down event on Saturday.

The main event which took place at the city’s RiversEdge Amphitheater followed the intimate acoustic performance from Shaw on Friday at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts, where Shaw worked through a number of favorites from The Revivalists’ catalog in addition to a handful of covers. Saturday’s main event featured performances throughout the day from The War and TreatyBrent CobbSouthern AvenueNeal Francis, and Chris Gelbuda.

The Revivalists’ 18-song headlining performance featured another plentiful mix of originals in addition to a late-set encore cover of The Who. The performance also saw Shaw welcome Neal Francis to help play on “Got Love” and “Celebration”, with Chris Gelbuda also coming to the stage to help perform “Wish I Knew You” during the encore.
