The Daze Between Band is back for another year in New Orleans, LA during Jazz Fest. For the first time, the annual musical summit will take over Tipitina’s on Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 with support from Butcher Brown. Tickets are on sale now.

The 2022 edition of the Daze Between Band—presented by Purple Hat Productions, Live For Live Music, and GMP Live—will be led by decorated guitarist Eric Krasno alongside a talented ensemble of NOLA legends and familiar collaborators. Krasno’s former Lettuce bandmates Adam Deitch (drums) Ryan Zoidis (saxophone), and Eric “Benny” Bloom (trumpet) will show up in force for the performance alongside powerhouse trumpeter/vocalist Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band) and New Orleans favorites George Porter Jr. (bass, The Meters), Ivan Neville (keys/vocals, Dumpstaphunk), and Erica Falls (vocals).

For several years, the rotating Daze Between Band ensemble has gathered during the “daze between” Jazz Fest weekends to keep music-lovers in New Orleans dancing and celebrating while the Fair Grounds go silent for a mid-week breather. Since its inception in 2017, the Daze Between Band has blossomed into one of the most celebrated events of the Jazz Fest season.
