The Rex Foundation has announced a very special Daze Between blowout set to take place on Sunday, August 8th at New Haven, CT’s Westville Music Bowl.

The multi-band performance comes as part of The Rex Foundation’s annual Daze Between series, a nationwide celebration of Jerry Garcia through art, music, and service between August 1st, the date of his birth in 1942, and August 9th, the date of his death in 1995.

Set to appear at the one-day Daze Between show in New Haven are Warren Haynes and Grace Potter (both alone and together); Lettuce Celebrates JGB, the funk-fusion band’s rare and acclaimed celebration of the Jerry Garcia BandKeller Williams’ Grateful Grass, the guitarist’s bluegrass tribute to the Grateful Dead; and more special guests to be announced.

Tickets for The Rex Foundation’s Daze Between show at Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, CT on Sunday, August 8th go on sale today, Thursday, July 15th, at 12:00 p.m. ET here.

The big show at Westville Music Bowl is just one piece of The Rex Foundation’s planned Daze Between celebrations this year.
