The Foo Fighters have announced the 2020 lineup for their inaugural D.C. Jam, which they will headline along with performances by Chris Stapleton, Pharrell, The Go-Go’s, and more. The festival, which takes place on July 4th at FedEx Field in Landover, MD, will serve as a celebration of their self-titled, debut album, which they released 25 years ago to the day, on July 4th, 1995.
The festival also acts as an offshoot of Cal Jam, The California-based festival that laid dormant for 30 years before the Foo Fighters revived the live event brand in 2017. The D.C. Jam debut in 2020 will also feature performances by Band of Horses, Durand Jones & The Indications, The Regrettes, Beach Bunny, and Radkey. Furthermore, the Independence Day celebration will host a BBQ competition, tailgate party, rides, games, and more.
Presale tickets for Foo Fighters fans and Citi cardholders are available now, while a Chris Stapleton presale begins March 5th, at 12:00 p.m. ET. The general on-sale will start on March 6th, at 10:00 a.m. ET. Head to D.C. Jam’s official website for more information and scroll down for a full lineup.
Before the Foo Fighters make their way to D.C., they will celebrate their 25th anniversary with their 2020 North American Van Tour, which kicks off on April 12th at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, AZ and sees the band play in the same cities at they did back in 1995.
