‘Dead Feat’ To Return To Jazzfest Afterparty Lineup

Dead Feat, the Grateful Dead and Little Feat supergroup, has announced their return to the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival afterparty scene. The group, comprised of Anders Osborne, Bill Kreutzmann (of the Grateful Dead), Billy Iuso, and Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett (of Little Feat), will play at The Howlin’ Wolf on April 25th and 26th, 2015.

A similar band played a similar run last year, intertwining Grateful Dead and Little Feat songs throughout the set. Here’s video from that event, of the band playing “Fire On The Mountain.”

The announcement is the first in what will surely be a busy schedule for the group NOLAFunk, who promote New Orleans’ artists across the country. An exclusive Dead Feat pre-sale for NOLAFunk subscribers begins this Friday, November 21st at 12 PM CT, which can be accessed by signing up for the group’s newsletter. The general public on sale is scheduled for Friday December 5th at 12 PM CT.
