DelFest will return for a celebration of all things Del McCoury over Memorial Day Weekend 2025, bringing headliners Sierra FerrellLarkin PoeThe California Honeydrops, and Railroad Earth to the Allegany County Fairgrounds in Cumberland, MD. The Del McCoury Band and The Travelin’ McCourys will return as hosts for the 17th annual festival from May 22nd–25th.

Also on tap for the 2025 DelFest lineup are Austin originals Asleep At The WheelDan Tyminski Band (whose leader scored a Grammy for filling in the Soggy Bottom Boys’ vocals in O Brother, Where Art Thou?), galaxy grass quartet Kitchen Dwellers, premier Nashville session musician Darrell Scott and his band, two-time International Bluegrass Music Association Male Vocalist of the Year Larry Sparks, Harrisburgh, VA folk-rockers The Steel Wheels, and rising jamgrass outfit Mountain Grass Unit. Rounding out the initial lineup are Clay Street UnitThe Last RevelSteve PoltzJigJam, Dré Anders, The Wilson Springs Hotel, and more to be announced, with trusty emcee Joe Craven reprising his role for 2025.

Next year’s DelFest will host plenty of the hallmarks that have made the festival a family favorite, including unique collaborations, surprise sit-ins, tributes to bluegrass icon Del McCoury, and much more. The festival is historically preceded by the three-day DelFest Academy, hosted by The Travelin’ McCourys and other artists set to appear at DelFest.

“We’re beyond excited to bring this incredible lineup to our fans including DelFest staples and some acts that are new to our event,” McCoury offered in a statement. “Every year, DelFest is a celebration of the music we love and the community we’ve built. We can’t wait to share this weekend with everyone.”
