Dhani HarrisonĀ has shared a dog lover’s dream music video for his latest single, “Motorways (Erase It)”. The new track shared earlier this month acts as the first piece of new music from the son of the late Beatles guitarist since the 2017 release of his debut solo album, IN///PARALLEL.

The video, directed by Liam Lynch, starts by introducing a dog seen leaping through the air to catch a frisbee, only to learn that the flying object has no intention of coming down with gravity and instead takes the canine on a wild ride across the planet. The dog takes viewers through nearly every possible kind of setting around the globe, from the Hollywood hills to barren desert wastelands. As if the impressive landscapes and city settings weren’t enough visual stimulation, Harrison and Lynch also add their own bits of psychedelic elements into the mix as the scenery is drenched in technicolor shading and water art.

The dog and the video both reach the psychedelic peak of their trips as the space-like instrumentation of the song reaches a fun climax while somewhere out in the universe before the furry creature is brought back down to earth where a concert is taking place.
