Phish fans heading to Las Vegas for the band’s upcoming four-night stint at Sphere can keep the party going late into the night on Friday, April 19th and Saturday, April 20th with a pair of after-parties by DJ Logic & Friends featuring members of Lettuce, The Disco Biscuits, Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade, and more [ticket info].
Renowned turntablist DJ Logic has carved out a unique niche in the jam scene as a creative liaison between the worlds of hip-hop and improvisational instrumentation. The Bronx, NY native frequently gathers all-star groups of musicians for late-night dance parties that reliably blur the boundaries of genre and create a fusion far greater than the sum of its parts.
For the two Phish Sphere late-night shows, DJ Logic has recruited keyboardist Aron Magner (The Disco Biscuits), drummer Adam Deitch (Lettuce), guitarist Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff (Lettuce), bassist Erick “Jesus” Coomes (Lettuce), and saxophonist Skerik (Les Claypool) to fill out the band.
