Today, Domefest detailed its final lineup for 2018. In addition to five sets of host band Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, the festival will host new additions Broccoli Samurai, Mungion, Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Seekers, Strange Machines, Flux Capacitor, Formula 5, Cycles, ShwizZ, Headless Robot, and Schwa. The festival also announced that Colorado’s The Magic Beans will perform a second set during the weekend.
Given that Domefest functions as Pigeons Playing Ping Pong’s music festival, the event previously announced that Pigeons’ Greg Ormont will perform a special solo set under the moniker Scrambled Greg. With the new additions, Pigeons’ bassist Ben Carrey will also perform with his own band, Schwa.
In a press release, Domefest founder and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong’s guitarist, Jeremy Schon, noted, “We hope that our fans leave with a laundry list of new favorite bands, which is what Domefest is all about. Alongside many of our familiar favorites, we’re bringing in a lot of new bands that will blow everyone away. I couldn’t be happier with the way this year’s lineup turned out!”
Domefest will take place from May 17th to 19th at Fort Royale Farm in Bedford, Pennsylvania. A limited allotment of $100 three-day passes are now on sale and can be purchased here.
