Dopapod has announced The Turtle Studio Sessions, which will see the band broadcast a pair of in-studio concerts next month. The shows will air on June 3rd and 24th at 8 p.m. ET via Sessions Live.
Tickets are now available for both streams in a variety of packages, which include virtual meet and greets as well as exclusive signed tour passes. On the Sessions website, each package bears the name of a Dopapod song ranging from the straightforward “Turnin’ Knobs” which includes a ticket to one stream, all the way to the “Mucho” package which features a one-on-one virtual meet and greet with the band, passes to both shows, a signed tour pass, and more.
“We’re using this opportunity to try some new things, stretch out, and search for unique moments through improvisation,” the band said in the announcement.
A portion of each ticket purchase will be gifted to The Colorado Healing Fund via Positive Legacy to benefit families of the Boulder shooting victims. Tickets for Dopapod The Turtle Studio Sessions are on sale now via Sessions Live.
These webcasts come as Dopapod readies to head back out on the road with a run of June shows in North Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. May will also see the band travel to Denver for two nights of double-header shows at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom as well as a special Memorial Day celebration in Lafayette, NY hosted by Twiddle with special guests Aqueous. Head to the band’s website for tickets and more information.
